PCSOs in Class4 - Session 2
Our local PCSOs were back in Class 4 this afternoon teaching us the phonetic alphabet and how to use it.
Active maths on a Friday!
We love maths here in class 2, especially on a Fridays!
This week the year 1’s we’re practicing their equal grouping and equal sharing whilst the year 2’s were exploring measuring lengths and heights in centimetres and meters.

How to Slay a Hydra
We have finished our step-by-step Instructions- How to Slay a Hydra - linking to our English topic (The Twelve Labours of Heracles). The class have all put in so much effort and they look absolutely fantastic!
Caterpillar diaries
Caterpillar update week 2!
Class 1 have hhad such fun observing our caterpillars. They are growing so fast and the children have noticed the caterpillar making webs, shedding little parts of their skin and have see lots of tiny poo!

British Science Week
We have explored British Science Week in Class 3. This year the theme is Change and Adapt which we thought carefully about. We created posters to enter into a competition.
The Day the Crayons Quit!
Today class 2 started their ‘The Day the Crayons Quit’ unit in English.

Greenpower Session 5 - 2025
We have attached the roll bar to our Greenpower cars and we have been testing to see whether they work when connected to the batteries. Year 5s have continued decorating the bodywork which will hopefully be attached to our vehicles next week.
Class 4 World Book Day 2025

TSSMAT High five Netball tournament - 2025
We are very proud of our netball team who did so well in our MAT netball tournament.
Composing Music
We have started writing our own pieces of music and have been busy rehearsing. We know lots about crochets and minims.
