Our charcoal artwork is inspired by Lowry today. We have enjoyed creating these masterpieces using the skills we have practised such as blending. Our fingers were very messy! 

Class 1 have thoroughly enjoyed their first Diddidance session this afternoon. All the children listened amazingly well and joined in the different dances and songs from around the world.

We have been learning how fossils form over millions of years ago and what they tell us about the past. We have also made our own fossils.

PE today was Boccia - a precision sport similar to bowls. The children had to really concentrate and have a steady hand!

Class 1 enjoyed creating their houses using natural resources in our outdoor classroom. We had designs that uses softer resources to create their fluffy beds, chimneys, garages, a boat and lots of attention to detail!

We have been learning about invertebrates and vertebrates in Science. We investigated the habitats around our school grounds and found lots of extra members of Anson! We then categorised them into vertebrates and invertebrates. Great hunting Class 3! 

Class 1 have been thinking about families in our topic lesson today and we all spoke about how families all come in different shapes and sizes. We looked at picturesque of different families and read what types of families ours may be.
