In Active Maths this week, we worked out equivalent fractions whilst getting some fresh air and exercise.
Year 6 at the National Memorial Arboretum
We had a great morning at the NMA looking around at all the memorial for people who have served our country.

Sewing Skills
We have welcomed some ladies from our community into Class 3 today to support our children with their sewing.
We are very proud of the progression of sewing skills. The children managed to embroider a shape onto felt as well as appliqué a shape. Some children even sewed a sequin on.

Class 4 - Autumn 2 - Week 3 Dodgeball
Due to the weather, we played dodgeball in he hall. We really focused on sportsmanship.
Class 4 - outdoor division
We have been on a division hunt around our outdoor area.
Computing in the snow!
Class 2 took advantage of our frosty outdoor area today and took the iPads out with them to capture some beautiful winter snaps.
They worked in pairs to develop their oracy and communication skills as well as their computing skills.

We had a very frosty Thursday today here in class 2!
The children trudged across our icy field to reach our very own winter wonderland.

Class 1 explored the snow together this morning, we wrapped up warm and worked together to build some snowmen.
