Maths Wizards!

A day of Maths Wizards in Class 1!

We have been exploring compositions of number 10 using our Pirate Numicon sheets. We practised our addition skills by adding fruit together to find how many there were ‘all together’ and explored making numbers on our ten frames. We tried really hard to write our number sentences to record our additions.

The children even explored using a calculator on our interactive whiteboard!
