Tree Identification

Today in Class 3 we learnt about the classification of different trees by looking at the trees leaves. 

The students were organised into groups and we took them outside to look at the trees within the school grounds. The children used the leaf classification key  to identify and classify different trees, comparing places around the school and looking for differences in different leaves of trees.
