Maths Manipulatives

Today we went in our outdoor classroom to use nature as maths manipulatives to practise our learning of division from mathematics. We were given calculations and had to use nature to prove the answer. We were being metacognitive as we had to remember our learning and use groupings to show our answers. Mrs Duffy gave us some tricky sums which involved  remainders too.
