Class 3

Our new History topic is The Romans. Today we completed a scavenger hunt around the classroom to gather facts about what the Roman soldiers used to wear and how it to helped to protect them.

This week, we start our new Romans topic and during our English lessons we are studying ‘Myths and Legends.’ Today we have read and reordered the first myth ‘Oedipus and the Sphinx’. We then used our best expression and intonation to tell the story to a partner.

Class 3 have completed their Christmas Stockings. They have designed, cut out and sewn their creations. We are so proud of all their hard work and how their skill level has improved. 

Class 3 have made some beautiful Christingles for their service this afternoon. They can also explain the symbolism of each part!
