Meeting a person from the Sikh faith

We are studying the Sikh Religion in RE this half term. Today we held an online meeting with a person from the Sikh community, a parent from another school within our trust. She was kind enough to answer some of our questions about her religion, such as ‘how do they raise enough money to feed everyone at the Gurdwara? Why is the golden temple made from gold?’ And whether children do different things to adults and the Gurdwara. Even the adults learnt some new facts!
