Image of Yummy Cakes

Today we made some yummy cakes. We learned how to break eggs successfully, what to do if our mixture curdled and how to fold the flour in so as not to squash the air we’d beaten in - this ensured our cakes were light and fluffy. Who knew how much Science is involved in making cakes!
