Hide and Seek Phonics

What a great phonics session Class 1 have had this morning! We have been trying really hard to remember all the HFWs we have been learning recently in our Monster Phonic sessions and had a game of hide and seek around the classroom. The children had to go and find one word each and then read the word to one of their teachers or friends. After recognising and reading their word, the children then hide the word for their friends to find. Everyone one did brilliantly and also helped each other read words of someone wasn’t sure. What helpful friends we have in Class 1!
