During PE we looked at different exercises we could do, to target the 4 different muscle groups, such as jumps for our quads and small weights for our biceps. We then discussed the impact different foods have on our bodies and how some foods require more exercise afterwards than others. Finally we finished with some calming meditation, to ensure our minds are as healthy as our bodies!
