Today we celebrated World Mental Health Day and took some time out of the classroom and reconnected with nature. We enjoyed listening to the birds sing and the leaves swaying in the autumn breeze. We focussed on our breathing and enjoyed moments of calmness as we thought of about what and who makes us happy. We will be continuing our work on mental well being next week so watch this space!
