Today during PE we took part in a carousel of exercises working on different muscles. We focused our abs, biceps, deltoids and quads.
We finished the lesson with a throwing competition which was super fun. Well done to yellow team for scoring the most points. Miss Humphries and Mrs Vivash took on the challenge to see if they could beat yellow and they did!! Yay!
