Fun in science.

In science this week the children took part in an experiment to investigate whether air had weight. In pairs the children used an inflated balloon and a deflated balloon. They tested them on scales to see the difference in weight. Some children attached them to hangers and used the hanger as a balancing weight to test the theory. The children enjoyed sharing their observations and discoveries with the class. We were shocked to find out air does actually have weight!
