Growing Caterpillars!

This week in nursery the children have been watching our caterpillars grow, they are very excited and have noticed that they are getting bigger and bigger just like the hungry caterpillar. We have also introduced our second movement in our squiggle while we wiggle program, where this weeks movement is a wiggly line just like a caterpillar. In small world our staff created a beautiful bug and fairy land as lots of children have recently shown and interest in this and they’ve really enjoying investigating it. The children have also received some beautiful story stones to help them retell and make up their own stories and a tap shape game using shapes, pins and hammers, where they can practice our fine motor skills.
