As part of our design and technology project this half term we made our own bread. We prepared ingredients hygienically using appropriate utensils. We worked in groups to measure out the ingredients to the nearest gram whilst following a recipe. Once the dough was made, we referred back to our designs and added lots of tasty ingredients. When the bread was cooked, we evaluated and tasted it. We all thought our bread was delicious!
