Today Class 3 took part in their very first 'Votes for Schools' lesson. 'Votes for Schools' was created to give all young people a better knowledge of current affairs and get them voting! This week we looked at the big question 'Do we know our history?' As it is Black History Month, pupils explored their own personal experiences of learning about themselves, their identities and the diversity of society in which they live. We then had a class vote on whether we think we really do know our history. We can't wait to see all of the results next week. Lots of great thoughts and ideas were shared in Class 3! Super Job everyone!
