Class 4

Father Neale led our values worship at school today where we explored our new half term Christian value of Forgiveness.

Today in Greenpower, we have been working more on the steering of the cars. We have also been creating CAD designs of the car steering wheels. 

We have been looking at a variety of different dancing styles this week and had a go at putting moves to the rhythms.

We have been sketching and shading roses in art.

In our 4th Greenpower Session, we have been creating the bodywork for the cars and looking at various steering components.

We had lots of fun finding out about Chinese New Year and writing in Chinese.

 This afternoon Class 4 heard The Parable of the Unforgiving Servant taken from the book of Matthew. The message in this story is if you have been forgiven then you should forgive others. 

We had fun re-enacting this story in a short drama.

In our Geography topic - Natural Resources - we have been researching various renewable energy sources and how they work. We have looked at their impact on our environments and discovered which countries use the most renewable energy sources.

We had a great morning at Stafford Fire Station learning how to stay safe.

We have had lots of fun using the gymnastics equipment in the hall. 

This week, year 6 pupils have been fitting the seat to the rest of the car whilst their teammates build the front steering system. Year 5 pupils have been making prototypes of the car.
