Class 4

We have had our final Greenpower Session before race day. We spent time completing  our portfolios and making sure our cars were ready.

To relax after our SATs tests, we played in our outdoor garden together and tended to our plants and vegetables.

We had a fantastic time learning how a farm works at Packington Farm.

We had another visit from our local PCSOs.

We have been investigating how light travels in straight lines. It reflects off a mirror according to the law of reflection. We found some darker areas in the classroom to complete this investigation before drawing and labelling our diagrams. 

We helped weed and plant new vegetables in our outdoor garden.

Today we have been practising our catching, throwing and batting in PE.

We have been learning all about the different rooms in our house in French this week.

Today, our year 6 pupils had a chance to practise driving our Greenpower race cars.

Today we thought about how we could create a different style of  Holy Communion  Service. We thought about the content of the service , the prayers, where we could sit , what we could wear and how to include everyone into our service. We began to produce a poster to advertise our service…

Today Emma and Gareth our local PCSO’s came in to teach us all about what anti social behaviour  is and how it can cause distress, alarm & harassment.
