Today in maths, Class 1 have been practising using our positional language to describe where things are. We talked about how we need to use special words to describe where something was and where we could see the bear hiding.
After practising, we then went outside in our small groups to play hide and seek. All the children, when Mrs Philp called their names by saying “1, 2, 3 where are you?”, used fantastic positional language to describe where they were hiding.
Well done Class 1! You were all amazing at using positional language!
