That’s not my rocket!
This week in science we went outside to explore our school rounds, and using our scientific enquiry skills, classify different materials based on how they look and feel. We then used this knowledge to determine whether they hold the right kind of properties to include within a rocket ship build.
We used lots of oracy work and discussions in our groups to debate the pros and cons of these different materials, all the while asking scientific questions and building upon our scientific vocabulary.
