We finally have cocoons!
Class 1 have been able to watch our caterpillars make their cocoons, with one caterpillar making his entire cocoon during the length of our phonics lesson! He was super speedy!
We are making sure to be extra careful not to knock our pots to keep the cocoons carefully attached to the lid.
Over the next few days we will transfer our cocoons into the butterfly net in preparation for the next stage in their life cycle.
