Wow! What a incredible day.
Class 1 have had the most amazing day on our Christmas trip to Lower Drayton Farm. We had a fun filled day from start to finish and the children did Anson proud, well done Class 1!
Every one was given a Jingle Ville passport where we needed to complete activities to earn stickers on our passports. First we went on a magical double decker bus ride to Jingle Ville where we met Mrs Claus and watched a Christmas film about the farm where we had to join in the actions and dance along to parts, we then went into visit Santa Claus and we were able to deliver our class letters to him, everyone got the opportunity to tell Santa what they would like for Christmas.
Then we went to work with the elves and we made reindeer food, wrote a message to Santa and made a Christmas craft decoration. The elves gave the children some carrots to leave out at Anson before they break up for Christmas so the reindeer can have a pit stop to refuel!
We also got to see the farm animals and could pet some of the small animals which the children really enjoyed. Then we had an enormous amount of fun in the indoor soft play that we had all to ourselves! The children were having lots of fun chasing Mr Davies up the tall soft play maze and racing Mrs Heath and Mrs Elwell down the slides! We also had fun in the outdoor play area racing against each other on the sledge racers!
As Class 1 were so fantastic the elves gave each child a free return ticket and they even gave us a Christmas tree to put up at Anson - we just about managed to squeeze it onto the Minibus.
What an amazing day!
