In RE this week, we learnt about why Jews make pilgrimages to the Western Wall in Jerusalem. We discovered that believers slot their special prayers into the cracks the Western Wall, which is the only surviving part of the ancient temple. They hope these prayers are answered.
We then recreated our own Western Wall above our prayer table with our own special prayers and messages.
