French in our outdoor classroom

Class two children enjoyed their outdoor French learning experience today. They have been learning the names of some mini beasts (les petites bêtes) in French so they took their knowledge with them on their French mini beast hunt!

We spotted some chenilles, papillons, libellules, abeilles et fourmis on our hunt (caterpillars, butterflies, dragon flies, bees and ants) and discussed their size - grand/petit and colours (marron, bleu, vert, orange, noir et jaune).
