Celebrating our similarities and differences!

As part of our RE topic, Everyone is Special, Unique and Important, today in class we celebrated our similarities and differences. We talked about how we are all different and it is these differences make us special and unique.
 

First we talked about how we are similar and different in our likes and dislikes and in our skills and used mirrors to help us talk about our physical appearances and compare how we look to our friends. 
 

We then talked about our families and some children shared pictures of their family. We talked about any similarities and differences between with our friends’ and teachers’ families.  It was such a lovely session and we will definitely share our family pictures again!
