Class 1s Litter pick

Class 1 have been learning all about how humans can damage the environment that animals live in and how dangerous this can be for them. We decided to go on a litter pick in our local area to help our local environment and do our bit for our community. We will have saved lots of animals from coming to any harm in our woodland area and school grounds. 

We managed to fill 3 bags full of litter!

A special thank you to the Bloomers for loaning us some of their litter pickers and to the other schools in our academy for letting us borrow theirs.

Well done Class 1!! We hope that you notice the difference in our beautifully cleaned woods on your next walk. Please help us in keeping it clean.
