Gardening afternoon with Class 2

Class 1 and Class 2 worked together this afternoon, to transform part of our outdoor classroom. We picked what seemed like hundreds of weeds out of the vegetable beds then raked them over. We found a few creepy crawlies in the soil and some very long worms! We then planted the first of this years veg, some peas, beans and potatoes. Some of our PTFA members were there to organise everything and make sure we had a wonderful time! Thank you for your help and we hope to see you in the garden again soon.
