We’re going on a bear hunt!

Class 1 went on a bare foot walk through each of the areas in the We’re going on a bear hunt story saying the repeated refrains from the story as we walked along and even crawled through the dark gloomy cave at the end. They had so much fun and got very muddy!

Then we wrote sentences to describe how it felt in each of the areas, sticky and squechly mud, cold river, crunchy and spikey forest floor!

Class 1 came up with some wonderful describing words and made some super sentences too.
