World Mental Health Day
Today we took the time to think about how we are feeling, are we happy, sad, excited, nervous, thankful as we joined in a Guided Meditation session. We thought about a time when something or someone made us happy and remembered how that felt. We made huge smiles on our faces and felt the warm happy feeling inside our tummies. We took time to breathe in and out slowly relaxing our whole bodies.
