Safer Internet Day 2022

Today is Safer Internet Day. We have been learning all about how we can stay safe online.

We shared our ideas and the read the story Digiduck and the Magic Castle which taught us all about password safety.

Here are some of the ideas we had about the Internet and how we can stay safe online:

'Satellites in space bring the Internet down to the Earth.'

'If you watch YouTube, you have to use the Internet.'

'When a grown up does their work, they use the laptop and the Internet.'

'The Internet makes the TV work at home.'

'The Internet makes my iPad work'.

'If you see something you don't like, you must tell your parents or teachers straight away.'

'Don't tell anyone your password!'

'Don't tell anybody your name.'

'Don't tell anybody where you live or your name; they might be bad.'

Our teachers were so impressed with how much we knew about Internet safety.
