Learning all about Fiction and Non - Fiction books

This week in English Class 2 have been learning about the difference between a fiction book and a non - fiction book. The children enjoyed looking at a selection of books from our school library and sorting them into the two categories. They have learned about the features of a non-fiction book and looked for these with their friend when sharing heir their non - fiction book with their friend. We had many different books to talk about including - All about Trains, My Body, School Life in the Past and Facts about Stars and Planets.
