Class 4 have been learning how to sew different types of stitches. We can now sew the following stitches:
- running stitch,
- back stitch,
- over stitch,
- blanket stitch
- and zig zag stitch.
This week we also learned how to sew a button onto a piece of felt and also to appliqué a different coloured shape onto it.
We have really been enjoying our sewing but there are some tricky elements that we are still working on mastering!
