Halloween Week at Nursery!

This week at playgroup, we’ve had such fun. The children have played with pumpkins and bugs, made witches brew, we have been on a pumpkin hunt, we have used power tools to drill holes in pumpkins and used pegs with hammers to support our fine motor skills. 

We took part in cosmic yoga and listened to lots of new spooky books..... we love 'Funny Bones' and 'We’re going on a pumpkin hunt'. 

The children have been on scavenger hunt around the village and the woods, where they collected lots of natural resources,  then used these items to create their own collage. 

We are finishing off the week with a Halloween party fun and games on Friday afternoon.
