Earlier this year Class 3 entered the Commonwealth Games - Good Luck Challenge! As part of the competition, Class 3 were invited to send in good luck letters for the athletes competing in the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. The letters chosen would be then placed in the athlete welcome packs which the athletes will receive when they arrive at the Games! Classes and schools across Birmingham and the West Midlands region, were invited to enter.
Class 3 only went and won!! They have been chosen across all the entries, as one of 50 schools to receive 40 tickets to the dress rehearsal of the Birmingham 2022 opening ceremony!
We will be sharing these tickets across Class 3 for any families who wish to attend! There will be more information coming out soon, in regards to how to get hold of these special tickets!!
Congratulations to everyone in Class 3 for your super letter writing, the judges must have been VERY impressed!!
