In our RE topic this term, we are thinking about the question, Why is God so important to Christians. Today we discovered that to Christians, God is a VIP! We talked about what it means to be a VIP and shared who are our VIPs.
We then found out about how God created our world and all that is in it. We listened to and watched a story that told us how God created the world and everything in it in 7 days and what he created on each day. The children then worked together to create their own fabulous Creation picture using different resources from around our classroom. The children all worked amazingly well together and worked hard to remember what God created on each day.
After we had finished creating our beautiful picture, we a.l had a well deserved rest, as God did on the 7th day!
Fantastic Creation work Class 1!
