This afternoon in our topic session we have been thinking about families and spoke about how families come in all different shapes and sizes, which is what makes our own families so special!
We looked at pictures of different families and talked about our own families and who lives with us in our homes. The children enjoyed sharing and talking about their families and comparing their families with their friends.
The children all then took such care to make their own individual family house portrait for us to display in our class home corner. Their drawings are so beautiful and unique and will look fabulous on display.
