Class 1 have enjoyed learning about different occupations in our topic People Who Help Us. This week this included Police officers and Fire fighters. We focused on the story Burglar Bill and had lots of fun when our class bear Marshmellow the dragon was stolen just like Burglar Bill in the story. So we got to work creating a police office, dressed up as officers, took finger prints and searched for clues! We also learnt about the important uniform that fire fighters wear and how it helps them to do their job safely. The children thoroughly enjoyed exploring these occupations in our topic lessons this week!
