The Snowman

Here in class 2 we are exploring the classic tale ‘The Snowman’.

Whilst we have discovered the story has no words within it, this term we are focusing on key vocabulary and how we use it within our writing.

The children have been working hard at exploring how time conjunctions and imperative verbs add depth to instructional writing. 

Today the children worked hard within their table groups to sequence the part of the story where James builds the snowman, all the while developing their oracy skills through key discussions with their peers and team work!
