Classes 1 & 2 will be taking part in a ‘Monster Phonics Day’ on Monday 23rd October.
Your child is invited to dress up as one of the Monster Phonics Monsters. This could be to wear the
monster colours or dress up to match their favourite character.
The day will be full of lots of Monster Phonics activities, games and creative activities for your child to
enjoy.
We would also like to invite Class 1 parents/carers into Class 1 at 2.30pm on Monday 23rd October to join
in our Monster Phonics day. This will be for a ‘stay and play’ session where you will have the opportunity to
learn more about our fabulous phonics scheme. Your child will be able to teach you about the Monsters and
sounds and our Early Years Team will share more about our scheme as well as ways to help your child with
phonics and early reading at home.
